We understand—things happen! That’s why our cancellation policy is flexible. In most cases, you'll receive a 100% credit toward a future studio booking. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your start time, a 30% credit will be issued instead. This applies to private sessions and events only.

Yes! You’re welcome to drop in for our open sessions on Friday-Sunday. Private sessions are available by appointment only Monday -Thursday.

Please note that some props are rented out periodically, so if there's a specific prop you'd like to use, be sure to mention it in your questionnaire.
